Light Accelerated Orthodontics Clinical Trial

Montano & Cardall Orthodontics is one of 43 orthodontic offices nationwide that will soon be participating in a clinical trial for “OrthoPulse”, a revolutionary device designed to reduce orthodontic treatment times. All participating orthodontic practices in the testing group are members of the Schulman Study Group- a nationally recognized association of prominent orthodontic practices. Each will incorporate OrthoPulse in their practice and submit doctor and patient feedback on the device.

OrthoPulse was designed by Biolux, a Light Accelerated Orthodontics company whose mission is to significantly reduce orthodontic treatment times by increasing bone metabolism through a process called photobiomodulation. The silicone device includes LED light technology embedded within a sealed intraoral mouth guard design made of biocompatible materials. It is self-enclosed, battery-powered, and can be used with traditional metal braces or Invisalign.
